Instructions:

It is highly suggested that Users follow the video clips in sequence for good reason. Watch one different (sequentially) clip a day. Then, follow the same trend for at least six weeks.

Professionals in certain fields such as hostage negotiations or undercover operatives should follow the sequence for at least 9 months.
