Face Talk – Negative Emotions

Face talk > Face Talk toolbox > Face Talk – Negative Emotions

There are only 3 positive displays when a person is positive

Most of the facial expressions are negative

When asking positive questions and they answer positively but you see immediately a negative reaction clearly or, out of the corner of your eye a concealed expression (micro expression) then one can conclude that there is a contraction.

There are only 3 positive facial signs, namely;

The true smile displaying joy

The nodding of the head up and down

The licking of the lips ( even when people say something hurtful and like what they said – they lick their lips)

All the rest of the emotions are negative, subsequently when person is talking positive and one sees positive emotions, then the case in question is true.

One cannot hide their display of emotions.
When one tries to conceal their true emotions then they are involuntary flashed in a micro-second
To know why someone is negative then you have to know what the emotion is

Sadness is in the eye lids and mouth

Sadness

Fear

Surprise

True surprise is immediate and lasts for a second

Surprise: If displayed for more than a few seconds then it is fake.
When they have been caught out in the lie they could hold that look for a lengthy period.
Even after days when the subject is brought up as they cannot believe it themselves that they were caught.

Tight-lipped

Tight-lipped! Are you hiding something?

Highly Emotional (Lying)

Bottom lip is slightly covering the top lip

Or – trying to suck the words back in/hard swallow (bottom lip covers the top lip)

Contempt

Contempt: Leering down the nose with a slight lift at the corner of the mouth

Disgust/Scorn

Do you like olives? ”No” –  True as it supports disgust

Do you like that person? If you hear ”Yes” but disgust is displayed at the same time – it would indicate lying.
(This expression is usually flashed in a millisecond, as they may try to conceal their emotion)

People that have been abused can pick this sign up very quickly, as they have seen it in the abusers face.
When you see contempt and this sign in your partner’s face regularly – your relationship ”is over”!

Scorn/Scolding is usually a flashed emotion with the incisors of the teeth showing

Scorn/Scolding

In a nutshell

When the person is answering positively but showing negative signs, then there is a contradiction – they are lying.

When they are tight lipped – they are hiding something
